Some individuals believe that the government must have medical and educational funding for citizens, while others think that it should not be responsible for these aspects. In my opinion, I am in favor of the former viewpoint because everyone has the right to have good education and maintain their health.
On the one hand, it is argued that the government should pay for healthcare and education because these are the most important aspects of life and all people must be able to have access to them. For instance, not only privileged children should join schools and learn, yet, all children have the right to study and ensure a prosperous future for themselves and their families. Similarly, health-care institutes must be fully-funded by the government because people from all economic backgrounds should have the opportunity to be treated equally in highly-equipped hospitals. Therefore, I strongly support this attempt because it is part of humanity and a basic life need to get education and health.
On the other hand, some people think that the government should not be responsible of educational and health-care sectors. One primary reason is that the government already spends substantial amounts of money on the country’s infrastructure, such as building new bridges and roads to facilitate people’s life. Therefore, some citizens think that learning and getting treatment should be part of the personal responsibilities. However, I completely disagree because schools and hospitals should be accessible by every part of the society.
In conclusion, people are debating on the responsibilities of the government. While some individuals think governments already spend large amounts of money on the country’s infrastructure, I believe that everyone has the right to access education and health.
