Nowadays, individuals like to do temporary jobs because temporary jobs have more opportunities to do extra work. While they have some disadvantages, their benefits definitely outweigh the drawbacks.
The main advantage of a temporary job is that it is easy to get. And they have opportunities to do new things, like fulfilling their dreams, visiting new places, spending more time with family, and many more. Secondly, they will get more job experience which helps them get permanent job, also their communication skills will be improved. For instance, if they have the chance to exchange their jobs rapidly, at that time they will get more chances to talk with new people and they will learn how to convince people and how to do business deals. So it automatically improves their communication skills. Lastly temporary job holders will get much more flexibility, they can not only build a future, but also focus on their studies. So many people have an interest in doing part time jobs. For instance, in Bangladesh approximately 30 percent of teenagers do part time jobs during their university or college life.
On the other hand, part time jobs have some disadvantages. When individuals do temporary jobs, at the same time they cannot get some company benefits like, insurance, gifts, abroad tours and many more. In fact they do not have job security. Although, they face financial problems in their lives. For instance, in our daily lives we face many issues and most of the time money solves these problems. But those people who do part time jobs know the part time job side effects.
In summary, the disadvantages of temporary jobs are far less than the advantages. For some people taking a temporary job is temporary, and at the end of the day they are finding a full time job. While other people think a temporary job is their life.
