Nowadays some people believed that working only for few months of year provides flexibility, while some individuals conflicting views on temporary jobs, others, myself included think this trend has serious disadvantages. This issue has sparked both excitement and concern.
Supporters argue that temporary work has more free time and better a work-life balance . However, critics warn that temporary work leads to job and financial security. While acknowledging these risks, I believe that the disadvantages of seasonal jobs outweigh the advantages in the long run.
On the one hand, temporary work provide a high level of flexibility. This means that individuals with short-term employment manage their time more freely and considered on their priorities. For instance, they can travel everywhere. Moreover, they can develop personal skills. As a result, thus feel more satisfied with their lifestyle.
On the other hand, seasonal jobs have negative effects, mainly related to financial insecurity. In other words,this means that temporary jobs leads to unstable income end of the month. For instance, people with seasonal jobs save money during of the season and job insecurity. Another point to mention is lack of career growth. Nowadays to get a job, documents such as a diploma are requested.
To sum up, while temporary jobs are common for those seeking flexibility, others, including myself, are in favour of financial stability, since it is long-term career opportunities.
