In recent years, taking temporary jobs has become increasingly popular among the young generation so that they can spend time on their hobbies and favourite activities. While there are some drawbacks at this trend, I believe the merits outweigh the demerits.
There are a number of advantages to choose short-term employment. The main advantage of temporary work is that it is relatively easy to get. If the candidates have lower qualifications, they can easily find temporary service. Another advantage is that for taking short merits in jobs people spend their time with families and friends. They can easily attend family programs too. In addition, during their leisure time, individuals can pursue their personal hobbies and interests. Another advantage is that individuals are free from job-related tension. As a result they can live a healthy life.
On the other hand, there are some drawbacks of temporary jobs. Firstly, a temporary service does not have job security and they can be fired at any time. Secondly, taking short term of job people cannot get health insurance. But permanent job give this benefits. Another significant drawbacks of engaging in short term is the limited opportunity for promotion and career progression. Also they cannot attend some important training sessions. By attending those training workers can learn new tips and tricks. But temporary jobs does not give those opportunities.
In conclusion, disadvantages of temporary jobs are far less than advantages.personally believe that by engaging in seasonal work people can easily spend their time on personal hobbies and other things.
