Secondly, companies are likely to hold a social event for their employees or between other ones. This can offer more opportunities for people in enhancing their daily life when they can easily start relationships by joining activities with other people at these places or having a small talk with them. To be more specific, attending at these events can help you have more topics to talk with people, as they work at the same field or do a similar activities
On the other hand, others believe that developing our social life with people who are not related to themselves could offer benefits. They can have a wider range of relationships with people of all backgrounds. This can develop knowledge and skills about daily life, as people can make friends with individuals who have different careers or personalities. For instance, they can have more knowledge about policy or cooking, if they have friends who are chefs or politicians. Additionally, people will be more professional when they keep a certain distance with their friends at workplaces. This can help people work in a productive way, keeping them from distractions.
In conclusion, while making friends with people, who you are not relate to, can offer a diverse range of relationships or experiences, i personally believe relationship in workplaces can easily to make and help people to have more chance to develop their social life.
