The question of whether learning literature at school is extremely important or not has long been a topic of debate. While there are justifiable reasons to support this view, I still believe that learning IT is more important due to several compelling arguments.
There are several reasons why learning literature at school is considered important. One of them is related to critical thinking. Precisely, when people read many books, they start thinking out of box, which enables students to broaden their horizon. A case in point can be Leo Tolstoy who wrote a range of stories about everything including the topics which were unusual enough. His characters were deal different problems which can be as a case to improve the critical thinking of younger generation. This example once again underscores the importance of learning literature.
Having said that, I strongly believe that learning IT is more important than literature classes. First of all, when people learn IT it enables people to develop their brain functioning and creativity. In addition, it also can help to apply prestigious workplaces, such as bank, offices and big companies, as soon as we leave in modern era the workers who knows IT are more demand. For instance, Chinese graduators always produce something new and innovative which helps them to apply a big companies such as Google as IT programmers or update testers. This explains the reason why IT classes are more important to learn.
In conclusion, although learning literature can develop critical thinking, I still believe that learning IT is more important because of benefits, such as brain functioning and future job.
