One school of thought believes that it is beneficial if there is only one single regulatory system in the world, while others claim that each nation should implement its own regulations. Although both perspectives hold their own merits, I still concur with the latter viewpoint. In this essay, I will evaluate both statements by adding relevant examples and explanations before reaching my own opinion.
On one hand, some individuals argue that only one single law worldwide yield more benefits, because it may promote peace among countries. This is based on the fact that numerous wars and conflicts around the world are primarily caused by the lack of understanding between nations, and many citizens are suffering from this situation. Therefore, if only one single regulation is established throughout the world, several countries may have the opportunity to uleading to a decreasing level of wars throughout the world. In the long run, people’s lives may be enhanced significantly, and this may even promote nations’ development.
On the other hand, others contend that it is essential for countries to have their own regulatory systems due to different issues that each nation is facing with. Specifically, a regulation is enacted to deal with the issue that the country is struggling with. However, each nation contains its own distinct problems. For instance, crimes are the most prevalent problems in the USA, while air pollution is the most common issue that Vietnamese government have to tackle. As a result, a single legal system may bring advantages for some nations, but it may be inappropriate for others. Therefore, I concur that implementing different regulatory systems for distinct countries is a more efficient approach for promote nations’ development.
In conclusion, there are some mixed opinions about whether a single regulation should be applied for all countries worldwide. While some argue that this development may bring peace among nations, I still contend that countries should establish their own legal systems because each nation is facing with it own different problem.
