Transportation system is a vital part of a country which makes stronger communication between people and long destinations. It is generally claimed that some people believe authority ought to spend money on constructing railway and subway lines to decline traffic jam whereas others think that making more widen roads are the better way to reduce congestion at traffic. I think both views have their respective values, which I will explain in this essay.
On the one hand, there are a variety of reasons at hand to address why people think train and subway lines should construct to reduce traffic congestion. One possible reason is that it is more effective way to improve traffic condition. In addition, railway and subway lines are reliable for easy transportation. Moreover, railway transports are more safe to travel. For example, always use train and metro to travel because the fare of train is less than other vehicles. Not only that, but also accidents rarely occur in train. As a result, people feel safe in train rather than other vehicles.
On the other hand, there people who believe that constructing more and widen roads are better process to reduce traffic jam because widen roads reduce the possibility of road accidents. Furthermore, people can easily drive vehicle on the road. Apart from, import and export expenditure will be reduce for it. For instance, ten years ago Dhaka and Chittagong highway was a one way road and because of this there was a lot of traffic problems. But now authority expanded the road with four lane. Thus, traffic jam is reduced and people are able to travel in any place in no time.
I believe that the combination of both transport systems is needed and this is the best solution to overcome the traffic jam and other problems. Both are fundamental for a country.
To sum up, both methods have the relevent necessity. However, in my opinion government should take steps to build both at the transportation.
