There is an ongoing debate over the aims of reading e-books or paper books. While some humans trust that e-books are the death of paper books, others find that paper books will never disappear. I agree with the former view due to having immediate access and improving dictionary skills.
On the one hand, there are clear arguments that paper books are nice. One of the main reasons can be that the feel of a paper book, its weight and its smell are part of the enjoyment of reading. This is mainly because old paper create a connection to the story. It is an immersive ritual that many readers cherish as part of their love for literature. Another reason is that the print books on our shelves are permanent reminders of our intellectual journeys. Because print books serve as tangible milestones of our learning and personal growth.
On the other hand, I agree with the viewpoint. Firstly, I believe that they enable you to have immediate access to all the books in your personal library wherever you are. Because it is incredibly convenient for travel, study, and others. Secondly, I also feel that many e-book readers have a built-in dictionary, so you can look up any unfamiliar word. Because they want to know about the means of these words. Their experiences and words will be increased.
In conclusion, although some humans that paper books will never lose because of feeling paper’s sense and having intellectual journeys yet I believe e-books are the death of paper books by having immediate entrance and developing of their dictionary.
