Nowadays, control of employees by employers plays a pivotal role in our society. However, some people think that managers allow employees to wear dresses that their employees want, but I completely agree with this statement, and this essay will explore my opinion.
On the one hand, wearing various types of dress may have some negative impacts on the quality of an employee’s work. When employers should not care about workers’s dress and they wear what they want, discipline falls down. For instance, one of the workers wearing various clothes every day, such as a bright color of dress or too long or too short clothes, can attract other workers’s attention and disturb them. In addition, it may not comply with the rules of sanitary hygiene. Despite the fact that this is the case, I agree with this opinion.
On the other hand, there are some benefits to bosses who don’t care about wearing the clothes their employees want. For example, when workers wear what they want, it will be convenient to work, and as a result, productivity will increase. Moreover, wearing standard uniforms every day also takes up the worker’s time.
To conclude, employers should not care about the clothes of the workers, and this creates several conveniences for both the boss and the worker.
