It is extremely crucial to dress up well at the workplace. While, according to certain people it is not significant how workers dress up at the workplace due to the fact that talent matters more than appearance. However, I agree with this notion. The reason for my first agreement, along with its justification, is mentioned in the further paragraph.
There are various reasons behind my perspective that the quality of work is paramountly important. First and foremost, the grounds are that professional skills are significant at the workplace. In other words, there are many few people who have several skills, such as the first one, which is leadership who can guide employees, the second one, which is a person who is very punctual and has time management skills, and the third one, which is team management skills, which is the most important among other skills because a person who works at the place they have to work in has to work in a team and has to make better connections with other companies employees and teamwork require to work in a group.
Furthermore, people are intelligent by mind, not by appearance. Elaborate as we know about the famous quote that “never judge a book by its cover” it is the true example of that we cannot judge any people or even any particular thing by its appearance. A cook who works at the small restaurant and a professional cook who works at a 5-star hotel both make food; however, a person who works at the small hotel has a great sense of vegetables and food compared to that other chef who wears appropriate clothes for the hotel, they cannot beat the food taste of that person who does not wear any hot and logos clothes.
On the other hand, it cannot be denied that dressing up well at the workplace is as important as talent and skills are essential; in some workplaces, workers cannot enter without appropriate formal clothes, and those clothes are provided by a company. Workers have to follow the rule of the office because as much as skills are essential, appearance is also important; each individual wears those outfits that look professional because this is the only way to represent themselves at the workplace. For example, a doctor has to wear their white coat because if they do not wear that, no one will recognize them as a doctor.
All the professionals skills are more significant than the appearance of a person, and many times it is observed that workers who work at small places have greater skills than those who work at high levels of workplaces. It cannot be neglected that in many places wearing the outfit of the workplace is important because it is a rule of the workplace.
