It is generally believed by some people that employers should not care about the employees dress since what matter is the quality of their work. I strongly agree with this statement. In the forthcoming paragraphs I shall you why I believed the first and foremost thing is the quality of work, and employees dress is not important to much.
On the one hand, approximately most of the people desire to utilize qualifiled company, and offer appropriate and enhanced facilities or option to individuals has important role, for example people would rather use from a good company that offer some apportunities like: some especial people want to a good employee do their task because in their opinion that employee do their task so perfect, and also has a relationship between quality of work and the range of cost that it’s need to spend.
On the other hand, although employees dress has a good effect on people, quality of work has vital effect on them, so spending a large of amount of energy or time on employees dress it doesn’t have to much output, but if any company considering some vital items that people needs like: the cost of each task, and what kind of facilities offer to them, and what is the essential issue.
T o some it up, I believed this statement that quality is more important rather the employees dress, and quality has vital role in companies.
