in contemporary society, some employers believe that it’s not important what employees wear. I completely disagree that workers should wear special uniforms. Wearing uniforms contributes to less discrimination, and the uniform means companies’ reputation
Firstly, wearing uniforms is one of the most important aspect of working. It reduces discrimination. Some people may wear antiquated clothes. Because some ordinary people have problems with financial side and they have not opportunity to buy modern clothes due to inadequate money. So they need to wear uniform. For example, on working time, ordinary and rich people don’t bond with each other they have potentially the discrimination and, it affects productivity, self-confident and well-establish working result
Secondly, wearing uniform can help to increase the company’s reputation and it contribute to foundation of well budget. Company can develop and it also fosters cooperation with other companies and also with foreign companies. When workers wear uniform it means company’s ethics. each company should have their symbol. For example, Chanel, Dior or Prada companies have their own symbols. and their workers wear special uniforms with its symbol. So I believe that wearing similar clothes can increase company’s reputation
In conclusion, wearing similar cloth is by far the most important aspect of working. It leads to less discrimination and increased company’s reputation
