Some people belived that employers don’t need to exact dress code for their work , they care about only productivity and result of their work.
Although they consider that wearing special uniforms for their work are not important while I still believe that when managers of big companies should implement about dress code , they will be a sign of their company.
On the one hand , nowadays workers are inclined to dress up informal clothes in their workplaces. They stil do wear as you want but they never leave everything freely . Which means that they go to their offices on time as usual. They only pay attention to the rate of their profit how much they make fortunes every day and can they be competitive with their opponents by producing and offering their local made products to the customers .If they manufacture more merchandises and they can attract a lot of audience for their products by offering best prices , they will increase their scope of work. Just they focus on only what they are doing , actions not clothes.
On the other hand, I still believe that wearing special clothes demonstrate the statue of their company. When they have only dress is worn by employees ,they won’t be looked colorful and their customers often come to their shop. Because it effects their image and professionalism. For example, they deal with their clients. Their customer always look at their interests might be loved..
