Some individuals believe that anyone is capable of creating art, such as paintings, whereas others argue that people who has a natural talent can produce artistic works. I believe making artistic works demanding a natural talent.

Such a practice, art is created by human who has broad-minded and also most individuals believe that the view of some items, things, nature and people help to create art and do not need a natural talent. On the other hand more practicing is cause to create art with easily and everyone can do it. These idea is being promoted by many people.

Any occupation doing with same skills and talent, but there is same jobs which require totally natural talent, for instance art, music, and painting. I think sometimes more expirense and practice can not help in this work. I know many artis who has own talent and they said that talent is being significant role in this jobs. Creativity and natural talent assist to become more professional and successful.

In conclusion, although some people believe that artistic talent is something people are born with, others argue that anyone can create art through practice and dedication. In my opinion, natural ability may help a person become more successful in art, but creativity and artistic skills can also be developed over time. Therefore, I believe every human being has the potential to create art in their own unique way.
