Happiness of society depends on different factor. Few individuals believe that income should be almost same for every person in the society regardless if he poor or rich.I completely disagree with this notion and give my reason in the below paragraphs in to support my point.
Firstly, it’s a common myth that happiness relies on the bank balance. Everyone who has good source of income does not mean he is happy because there might be some hard family situation is happening in his/her life. Money also bring lot of challenges as well. In other words, although my uncle has lot of luxurious cars and houses but he is not very happy due his spoiled son and daughter. Moreover, poor person is always happy compared to rich person because his/her life is not so complicated.
Secondly, in order to maintain the balance of the world, it is mandatory to have a gap in the financial status in our circles. Otherwise, no one will do the odds job or tier 4 job like plumber, gardener or delivery boy. For instance, recent studies from Oxford university, shows that 95% of chance that world system will collapse if everyone has almost the same amount of salaries. In addition to that, there will be no competition will remain in this planet which is an essential part to growth and promotion in corporate life.
To summarise, money is not the required factor for a pleasant mood. Person can be happy in both status. merely depend on person’s strong will and mental health
