In contemporary, there are several talented people who become leaders. Some people may presume that individuals are born to be leaders, while the others think it is a kind of skill that can be developed. In this essay, I will provide my reason in the detail and how the leadership can be developed.
To start with, every humankind is born the same. When we were young our family fostered us many crucial skills. For example, living skill, thinking skill, learning skill, etc. Then, when we went to school and university, we learnt advanced skill such as problem solving skill or even leadership skill. In addition, some activities in life has also bridged us to be a good leaders. For example, being a part of student council, sport day.
To support the above information, there are currently many academic course developed for coaching people on leadership skill. Apart from given detail, people can improve this skill from experience and background. For instance, when we are head or manager, our respinsibility are team leader and managing the task. This can be one of highlight example to prove that leadership can be learnt
