In today’s fast-paced world, people have numerous abilities in their lives. In that way, some people claim that certain individuals are naturally born to be leaders. While others argue leadership is not only luck, it can be learnt. In this essay, I will examine both viewpoints and express my opinion in the forthcoming paragraph.
On one hand, in this world, some people easily become leaders. Because they have a big backgaround, that is to say, their ancestors were wealthy. Whereas, politicians will appoint their hairs for the ministry heads. For instance, Ambani is one of the multimillionaires in this world; he has a variety of industrial businesses; thus, his kids are leaders without hard work. Like wise, in Sri Lanka, one of the presidents, Rajapaksha, gave a posting to their relations. However, they couldn’t succeed in politics. Because leadership cannot be easy; without knowledge and strength, we can’t survive.
On the other hand, some children and individuals are very hard-working for their future. If they want to become leaders, they should put in hard work for that. For example, Elon Musk is the number one wealthiest man in the world. But he has poor family background. His mother raised them without a father. Therefore, he is trying hard at everything to become a multimillionaire. Now, he has numerous businesses, such as Starlink, Twitter, and so on.
In a nutshell, some people can lead without hesitation and hard work. Unlike, they can’t survive as a leader without hard work.
