There are two groups of people with different views about making relationships and finding new friends whether from your colleagues or not. I strongly believe in the motto that fostering a life-work balance in all aspects is so pivotal and crucial. I will express and investigate the opinions of the mentioned both groups and myself in details as follows:
The first groups think that it’s a good idea to socialise with work colleagues during evening and weekends. Although, it is their personal minds but I disagree with them. Accordingly, the work atmospheres are always a mixed bag of pain and pleasure, even so at times, there are either nerve-racking and backbreaking moments or energy-inducing and motivating minutes. As individuals’ behaviour in various situations are unpredictable, so if you interfere your coworkers in your private life, may be inflict your job opportunity and reputation.
On the other hand, the members of the second group think it’s important to keep working life completely separate from social life. I thoroughly affirm their approaches since it is essential for ones to providing a private frame for themselves in which this rule is quite difference with colleague’s socializations.
In summation, it is better to limit the communication with coworkers only to the workplace and in the colleague’s gathering.
