A few of us are of the view that things we do during our free time should be planned. While others contradict this idea. In my opinion, the hobbies which we do in our leisure time can be interesting and creative only if it’s spontaneous. This essay discusses both views.
Foremost, the activities we do to unwind our mind from stressful jobs are generally termed as hobbies. These are mostly done during our free time. There are many interesting things we do like gardening, painting, listening to music and many more. In general, the passion of a person reflects on their hobbies. If these are meant to be planned, it might create an undesirable outcome. The ideas are confined to the plan and creativity is at the stake. Additionally, it can add-on stress which defeats the core purpose of the activity.
On the other hand, when no limit is placed endless innovation can be created. There are stories of many individuals who have altered their profession in the later part of life based on their passion. This could have been made possible only because of no framed approach during free time. Endless imaginations and provoking thoughts can even promote the development of the economy in further years to come. Furthermore, young children driven by this idea can bring their innermost talent which cannot be expressed in any other places.
In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that uncontrolled and impromptu activities in leisure time can yield innumerable benefits compared to planned ones.
