Many people think that teachers have a duty to teach teenagers how to manage money, while others contend that it is a responsibility of guardians. Both views have their own importance, but I personally believe that most of the time students spend their hours in school, so parents can just help them to complete their homework, which students taught from schools. This essay will explore both perspectives before presenting my opinion.
Those who support this idea argue that teachers have experience of teaching and skills. To explain it, quality of time adolescents spend in academy, with the help of teachers’ guidance, they can learn financial skills rapidly. A good example of this is learning centres have knowledgeable and advanced educators, who can not only teach management to learners, but also enhance confidence to utilize their education in different several situations. As a result, mostly youngsters acquire skills to manage their savings and earnings.
On the other hand, some people believe that parents play an essential role in children’s lives. To expand it, by knowing financial condition of own family, apart from, they spend their finances wisely. To illustrate, studies show that adults who belong from middle families, they give intention to studies rather than impulse expenses such as iPhones, sports bikes and highly maintenance cars. Therefore, a group of people believed that students have been learning financial management from parents.
After looking at both sides, I believe that schools are best motivators to teach abilities of management.
To sum up, both perspectives have value, but teachers play pivotal role in students’ journey to educate them about expenses skills. Thus, government should organised competitions in colleges to check knowledge of spending among kids.
