Moreover, ambitious behavior encourages someone to be more serious and motivated in their study as the pressure to compete encourages them to continuously develop. On the other hand, many people believe that teachers must take a role in training students regarding cooperativeness. Working together allows people to share their perspectives and makes for better results in work. For example, when a team collaborates on a project, each member brings different ideas and skills. One person might excel at creative thinking, while another might have strong analytical abilities. By combining these strengths, the team can come up with innovative solutions that might not have been possible individually.
