Schools use different approaches to teach their students, with some considering that cooperation should be utilised while others place greater emphasis on competition. Although both methods can be beneficial, I believe that cooperating learning should be prioritized because it helps them develop team work and communication skills.
On the one hand, encourage competition among students can be advantageous because it often motivates them to work harder and achieve better academic results. Firstly, it aids with negative habits, such as laziness and procrastination. Because to be successful, learners requires to have positive qualities. For instance, in large companies employees used to competing with each other, and it gives them feeling that they should work faster and better quality. Secondly, competition can preserve young people to future situation in which they have to compete with others for educational or employment opportunities.
On the other hand, study with cooperation will be beneficial for people. Due to it helps to work with team easily. Moreover, teamwork helpful for learners who afraid of loneliness during the tasks. To illustrate, one head good, but two are better and people created this proverb for a reason. Cooperation also useful for communication ability. Learners can interact with each other without fear and shyness. Because they must be used to speaking smoothly thanks to cooperation.
In conclusion, although both options have their own positive influence, I believe that the method with more considerable impacts on students is the cooperation. Thus, individuals should pay more attention to work in group.
