Due to the globalization, acknowledge about news is essential. As a result news become debate that some people believe that students should learn news as a subject in primary school, while others says it is a waste of time for learners. I fully agree with former view.
On the one hand, Student can accumulate reliable news in school. With number of websites it is hard for pupil to find truth information. In google for example, when student search anything they want to learn, they get result but they confused as lost of information available on this plat form and it difficult to find which one is right. So when school have subject relating the news, they easily get any information. Furthermore, students get knowledge in little age. Nowadays, with competition if learners want to success in future, they should have acknowledge about what accrues in world and what is popular , demand etcetera. Therefore, it is good for students to aware about world in school age.
On the other hand, May be it is burden for students as they have academic pressure on their self. Students have lots of burden relating to their subject like science, mathematics, language subject, which takes hard work. Hence, if news is compulsory for students, then they cannot handle everything and it destroy pupil’s result. Moreover, it is difficult for teachers to find which topic can inform to student and they takes their opinion on students. For instance, children wants to learn about fashion and educators teach economy or may be others topic. That time it is hard to clear out our perspective in front of teacher. Thus, it create negative impact on student’s opinion.
In conclusion, enrolling news subject in primary school has both side. However, I believe that in school age learning about world is good, which enhance knowledge and skills like reading and problem solving.
