Some people argue that success is a result of hard work and determination, while others believe that material wealth and physical appearance are significant. From my perspective, diligence and persistence are more essential.
Admittedly, there is no doubt that money and outstanding appearance can shorten the path to success. If we have a lot of money, we can get our desirable job position at any company instead of having to prepare certificates or entrance interviews like others. Moreover, people with good looks are often able to work more eAectively, especially when meeting customers or partners, and then they will have more relationships. The more and stronger the social relationships, the more favorable all work will become. It will be easier to achieve our goals if we have a lot of money as well as a good appearance.
Nevertheless, those who are famous for their successful career always highly appreciate sustainable characteristics like diligence and determination. They say that when we want to be good at any aspect of studying or social skills, we should spend a large amount of time on practicing it. Additionally, not giving up in the face of diAiculties and persevering with our goal until the end is an eAective way to reach the destination. Indeed, those who are consistently successful often possess these characteristics.
In conclusion, I acknowledge that money and appearance considerably contribute to people’s success, I think the role of being hard working and persistent is far more crucial.
