Many people believe that technological developments that are made in the field of space exploration have many benefits to the world, while others think that instead of using money to explore space, they think it is much more useful to use it elsewhere. Although the former opinion can be beneficial in some cases, I believe that using the money on other activities are much more useful to the world.
Nowadays, scientists changed their focus on exploring the space with the development of technologies. Before the advanced technologies are introduced which are durable enough to resist the high pressure of the atmosphere, scientists were only able get few information about space, other planets and the most important figure in our universe, the sun. After the introduction of the newly modern technologies, researchers have chances to discover new planets in our universe and find out more details about the sun. For instance, the length between the Earth and the Sun is discovered by scientists with the usage of intelligent technologies. Furthermore, we can learn from that by exploring the space and universes we can learn about important figures and invent new planets.
However, I believe that Instead of learning about space and universe, the money can be used to explore the oceans. Water covers more than sixty percent of the Earth’s surface and by learning the oceans we can get valuable information. What I mean by saying this is that we only know less than ten percent about the oceans and the deepest point that humanity has ever been is less than thirteen kilometers. And with the money being spent on oceans rather than space, scientists can learn more about our planet because the waters that are in the Earth right now is older than many objects in our universe and formed before them.
In conclusion, while conducting research on space with modern technologies might inform us about other planets and objects in our universe, the money that has spent on it can be more useful by using them to explore oceans because oceans are originated before many figures in our universe
