Some individuals belive that staying loyal to a single corporation throughout one’s career during your whole life is the best option, while others argue that changing works regularly is more beneficial. This essay will analyze both sides of these views and say why I advocate loyal jobs during part of your life.

There is one major reason why some young of society belive that maintain jobs are the best way. The reason is that loyal workplaces allow them career progression. Employees who remain is one organisation can steadily growth experience, improve their skills and demonstrate their loyalty to their director. As a result, they may have a greater chance of being promoted to higher positions and obtaining a higher salary.

On the other hand, there is a part of the community who thinks that changing occupation is more effectively. One main reason is that regularly changing workplaces can lead to a wider range of employment opportunities and experiences in another ckuntries. A clear example of this is a young professional who switch jobs every few years may have the opportunity to work for international companies in different countries allowing them to finish one of the highest jobs and get good reviews. In addition, international workplaces are seen as outstanding achievement type of work that everyone wants to have such a chance. The result of this way of thinking is that more become independent.

To conclude, staying loyal in the one job in whole your life having amount of advantage impacts n people’s life. In contrast, working regularly in different workplaces in modern society is the main argument. I feel that being a loyal worker bring more benefits to life than drawbacks and people should set an example for each other.
