The danger of abandoned buildings is real, as the necessity for new living and working spaces, however, I think that it is an unforgivable cultural crime to give up on the repairing and destroy the architecture heritage.

Having discovered about all essential needs of human places, modern companies can provide the most comfortable buildings wich had ever appeared. Moreover, many old constructions have been getting worser with time and cannot be used any more. Thus, as a cheap alternative for getting better living conditions, a lot of engineering businesses promote the idea of knocking down the empty and unfited for life areas, and after using these plases like the basis for the new buildings.
On the other hand, such violant actions can be harmful for the historical memory. To explain, some of the buildings are the architecture treasures and represent the memory about old times. That is why, the reconstuction should be provided for the monumentals with the motive of the conservation the invaluable art.
To conclude, the proposal of replacing old buildings on new ones is seem atractive and profitable. Nevertheless, There goes the horrible lost if we do not try to save the gifts which were created by the genious from the past.
