It is believed by a few individuals that higher amout of money spent on investigating and renovating a old buildings, rather establish a new building by demosish old structures. I completely disagree, in my opinion,it create migration problem for residents and construction take more time and require more resources.
To begin with, there is no denying that each and every cities have many old structures that built in earlier time, which have unique design,shape or significance, and many people live thier, demolishen of that building create kiosk for residence as firstly they need to find new place, which create financial burden for them because they need to pay rent. Moreover, people might find difficulty to reach their workplace as well as create problem for children to reach school. In new location, this people can not easily fit into people of their neighborhood. It is vague to remove old buliding.
Furthermore, new development require massive budget to spend on not only to build new building but also labour cost, demolishen machineries. To create any building it also takes more time to knock down building, which might create noise pollution and air pollution and harm people that lives in neighborhood. Moreover, it create construction waste and introduction of new building needs proper architecture that suitable to modern need, and requires facilities to attract citizen. For example, in china, authorities create structure surrounded to old building to reduce noise and also spray water so that particles not float in the air.
To conclude, it is inappropriate to knocked down old building and establish new building as it requires shelter for residents of old building and new strucutre require more financial and construction resources.
