Many people believed that institute have to provide graduates with the knowledge and working experiences in the working areas. While, other discussed that the reality work of a university must be to give access to knowledge for its own sake, regardless of whether the subjects are useful to a worker. In my opinion, university give chances in the workplace to gain knowledge and experienced via studies.
To begin with, university have many faculties which includes many courses for students who were intrested to study and did same related job which were the major weapons to begin their career. Their subject related course make them sharp to handle anyting in their related field. For instance, One student want to be a businessman. so, he/she takes his own related courses in university. After becoming a graduates, they had a lot of knowledge and experiences through their studes as well as experiences through intern in terms of training. Then, they will become a successful bussiness man in the future and make nation proud.
Likewise, with the help of university, students make their life easier and comfortable in any places, whether at home or at work. They do not have to think from the various aspect. They only focused on their own way only which make them more sharpen in their field. For example, I have been studying graduate from the education faculty. In my college, I have been learning how to teach students through my related subjects. There have been training on how to teach students efectively in the classroom. From there, I have learned a lot of knowledge and skills which I have been applying in the classroom.
To sum up, it is better for employers who had knowledge and skills as well as their studies which is very useful for its own sake which leads their future improvement.
