Should we protect old building and houses in cities, or replace them with more modern buildings? I think that we should protect old historical buildings, instead of just replacing them. Because those old buildings contain a lot of memories and history of the city.
Why i think that we must protect historical buildings and not just build something new and modern instead of them. Because some cities in our world are containing a lot of history, and we should protect it by supporting those houses. For example, in Europe a lot of old cities, and more of them has bond with very important wars in history of human being. For example Prague, Paris, Berlin and etc. Those cities played main roles in human history and buildings in those cities are containing this kind of important memories. And we can’t just destroy it.
As i said, we should protect old buildings. But, there is some exceptions. For example buildings that has no any history or architectical art from past may be replaced. Especially which are may be dangerous because of risk of destroying. But houses which is representing architectical art from past, should stay, just need to be supported just in case to collapse. For example the Great China Wall, which is used to be protection in battlefield, and has impressive architecture. Now its protecting and being one of the oldest historical building.
In conclusion, i can say that we must protect old buildings, becuse as i said before they are containing a lot of history and piece of art. Nowadays modern buildings just piece of glass and metall, but in the past people used to have some sort of style and meaning in their builds.
