Despite its advantages, it is believed that working from home may impact the efficiency of workers. I strongly agree with the benefits of remote jobs.
On the one hand, online working not only has economic benefits for employers, but it also optimizes the search area to find the most suitable person for a needed position in a company on a worldwide scale. To begin with economics, the business owner needs to provide less on-site infrastructure, such as expensive computers or desks and chairs. Also, with high housing prices, companies tend to rent or buy smaller places. As a result, a lot of money is saved. In terms of hiring, managers who work in small cities have the chance to seek experts to improve their companies. For instance, a company in America can hire someone in India.
On the other hand, some argue that working from home leads to lower productivity because of a distracting home environment. For example, family members or internet entertainment can interrupt concentration and reduce work performance.
In conclusion, while working online has some drawbacks, such as lack of productivity and efficiency, I believe it creates more opportunities for employers in hiring and economic sections.
