In recent days, arguments have been raised that the government should provide the house for the public. However, I believe it is the responsibility of the individuals to build their own house because it helps the commoner to be aware of their life goals and commitment towards economic growth. So that the Taxpayers’ amount can be spent effectively on some other things to develop a nation.
The land plays a crucial role in the life of commoners from the early days till now. To be more specific, it is a dream of many individuals to have their own house to realize their financial stability in society. To achieve this many working professionals, drive hard by setting a financial goal; as a consequence, they become keener on money management and its handling. To illustrate, In India majority of young persons have bought their own house by taking the support of loans and mortgages from banks for which they are paying a part of their salary.
In Contrast, few argue that the house should be constructed and provided by the Indian administration. Although the government can support the citizens up to some extent by subsidizing the tax and loan mortgage, it is too hard for society to spend taxpayers’ funds on house construction. The reason for this is due to the resources should be spent on effective ways for national development such as public health and education. For Example, a vast portion of tax funds received is utilized for children’s education by providing good infrastructure for schools to explore kid’s knowledge and train them for the future nation.
In Conclusion, I would argue that it is the responsibility of the common people to build their own house with minimal support provided by the government. However, the public tax fund should be utilized for other necessities such as medical and education. Which I strongly believe from the above points I specified.
