In recent years, there has been a growing discussion about why one group of people works much more than others. It happens due to economic and personal reasons and from my perspective, it is primarily beneficial trait.
First of all, one of the main reasons why some people work harder than others is financial pressure. Some individuals tend to work more as they do not have enough money and their aim to increase income. For instance, children from families with low income are more likely to be hard-working for the entire lifetime and as a result, their quality of work is better. Secondly, high level of productivity can be due to each person’s individual trait. It is an inhererent quality which resulting in their longtime work process. Such hardwired behaviour does not depend on factors such as economic or gender role. According to statistics, these people have been different since childhood.
From my perspective, it can be considered as a positive trait. Thanks to this trait, achievments reached by people may be higher. Additionally, such behavior helps through whole life and people may face to face difficulties easier.According to statistics, people in senior positions tend to work longer hours than those in lower positions.
Overall, working hard happens due to both economic and personal reasons, and its consequences are satisfactory
