Some people believe that subjects related to music,art and drama are equally important as other subjects in early school years.I strongly agree with this notion, as it helps to develop creativity and uncover wider career options in future.
Firstly,art,music and drama learning helps to build creativity at very young age.Art related subjects are not theoretical as other subjects.Therefore,students come up with the new ideas,use their own imagination and establish their individuality.Brainstorming enhances cognitive behaviour as well as neurological development in early childhood.Creativity in the long run help students to be confident in their livesFor example,they learn to make their self created things whether in the form of new painting,music tone or a play.
Secondly,teaching of art,music and drama in primary schools helps to find potential abilities of children.If,students just learn Math and science subjects at school,they are same for everyone.In addition,focus on subjects that are linked to major professions such Doctors and Engineers results in a society that is devoid of entertainment and cultural values.Primary schools should include teaching of art,music and drama so that hidden talents of children can b unleashed.For example,mostly musicians told their stories that they were first told by their school teacher of their good voice which ultimately help them to persue their profession.
In conclusion,as some population is of opinion that art,drama and music is equally significant as other subjects at early school years.
According to me,it leads to self learning and creativity in additon it helps to unwind professional abilities in future for art,drama and music.
