There have been clues of intelligent life forms existing apart from our planet. This topic can be argued, whether scientists should contact other forms of life or that can be devastating for us. In my opinion, this is one of the best topic to be debated. While exploring earth, we find ancient civilizations gold, silver, bronze and exploring wildlife and the seas gives us the idea of animal civilization and introduction to undiscovered intelligent animal species.
To support the former scientist opinion, we should be sending messages to other life forms in the universe. This might help get us cure of few diseases, access to new technologies, resources and advance medical sciences. It could be a possiblity that other kind of life form is also waiting to be communicated. However, on the contrary, few scientists think that this may also end up putting human civilization to danger. Whatif, the other creatures wish to destroy our civilization and take control of this planet.
American scientists have tried to communicate to other life forms in the past. They have recieved signs that life existed. However, we have not sent any signals indicating we need help to survive on our planet. We are amidst a huge environmental crisis and have an urgent need to reduce our carbon footprint. We might get assistance from those living beings to minimize our environmental issues.Moreve, we might need their help with our planet’s population explosion. A diffrent living being with a diffrent language or no language, diffrent planet, technology, diffrent understanding. It is a marvellous idea to send them messages, But as per the Chinese scientists, contacting them can result in our planet being destroyed in return.
To conclude, I would recommend sending messages to other living beings in the universe. We are already moving towards economic, social, environmental crisis and we need an intervention to this. So, even if this puts us at risk, we should contact another civilization for our well being.
