A group of people emphasis to student to learn the national language and tradition of a country by travelling and visiting that region. I am certainly against this idea as I think travelling is not necessary.
First reason to do not travel is expensive cost of it. Students have to devote a high amount of money to travel abroad and it may not be possible for everyone. To be exact, most of middle class and working class of society cannot afford the payment of airplane ticket or hotel rent. Also, a large number of student are not ready for travelling alone. In this way, they ought to go abroad with their parents and it raise the charge.
Another reason, technology has had developed efficiently and has eased learning process. Because of this, schoolchildren have an opportunity to learn a language practical by advanced software. Moreover, nowadays there are lots of information and useful data about every part of world. As a result, pupils can browse in the internet and related websites to get to know the culture and customs of any country.
In addition, schools has added some subjects to teach customs and languages of another countries. In my opinion, one of the beneficial points of school is making students familiar with other societies. I believe, holding these classes cause a general awareness. So, every pupil can learn about foreign country perfectly.
To sum up, because of large cost, technology development and schools plans, I am totally disagree with the idea of travelling abroad to know language and customs of a count
