In todays world, there is a tendency that more and more young generation are moving to big city centers in order to work or study. However this situation can lead several issues which involve overpopulation and workforce shortage in the rural areas of the country. There are, however, certain steps that can be tackled to address these issues.
One major problem is that moving to the big cities leads crowd. So, towns have already some concern being overpopulation which can result in traffic jam in most parts of the city. What is more, more people in cities means more pollution. What I mean by this is that big cities have their own way of protecting environment and minimize harmful acts which is made by human. When the number of people will increase in a big city, authourity will struggle to maintain balance between human being and nature. One viable remedy can be driven by government. To eliminate, government can replace industrial establisments and move them to countryside. As a result, people who live in another cities will be able to take advantage from new job opportunities.
Another issue of concern is that lack of workforce in agriculture industry. Youngers leave only old people in countryside and most of them may not be able to work in this fields as it require pyhsical effort. Not only does this challenge affect their income, but also it has essential demerit on economy of government as agriculture contribute most sphere of the budget. Government has a crucial role to play in this crisis. They can offer some advantage for those who is working in agriculture in order to encourage young people to go back to their home and start to work there.
