A lot of people argue that when having pets, we will spend a lot of money and keep us distracted because our attention is to our pets. Petra like dogs, cats, or fish need a big amount of money related to their food, tools, and others. Sometimes we also need to save our money for emergency things when our pets are sick and this is not cheap at all. The damage that was caused by our pet also shows that we need a lot of money for having a pet. For example, a cat’s claw can damage our sofa, bed, carpet, and many more. Our attention is also distracted if we have a pet. As human beings, we need to do many activities, but many of us always stare at our pets while doing our jobs, which makes us distracted. Not only that, pets always deal with messes that make us have to clean up. While this topic is happening right now, many people said that the money for keeping pets can be donated for starving people.
I believe having a pet is not crucial because pets can bring a lot of joy and love into our lives. While it’s true that pets cost money and time, the happiness they provide is worth it for many people. Pets like dogs and cats can be great companions, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and stress. They also teach us responsibility and care, which can be very rewarding. Even though pets may cause some mess or need attention, they can make life more happy and meaningful. For the starving people, it’s not our responsibility to donate them and many people that don’t have pets also don’t donate their money for starving people.
In conclusion, owning a pet can be a great choice if we are ready to take on the responsibility. While there are costs and challenges, the benefits (such as companionship and emotional support) are worth it. It’s important to think carefully about whether we can afford the time, money, and effort to care for a pet, but for many people, having a pet adds value to their lives in a way that nothing else can.
