It is argued that students get more knowledge with their teachers than other facilities such as internet and TV. I strongly agree that the learning with teachers would be most efficient way in the education.
To begin with, teachers can provide structure, additional explanation and proper feedback that online sources cannot always offer this. A skillful teacher is also able to assess the level of a student, identify the weaknesses and at the same time adjust the lessons the students need. For example, some students really struggle with problem-solving in math or chemistry, however the teachers can review the solving stages of any calculations or equations which lets the teachers to correct them on the spot and explain the rule in a clearer way. This personalized approach makes learning deeper and more efficient compared with watching a video or reading an online article.
Furthermore, the teachers develop essential skills that digital platform do not fully provide. In the classroom, students learn discipline, teamwork and communication all of which are crucial both academically and socially. For instance, classroom debates and group discussions help students improve critical thinking and express their ideas properly without hesitation. These interactive learning experiences are rarely achieved by simply sitting in front of a computer or television.
In conclusion, although online sources contribute positively to learning, I believe that teachers remain the most effective means of education. Their ability to offer guidance, motivation and personalized feedback makes the learning process far more successful.
