Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

These days, more and more students are usages the internet for their study as key source of learning, which can get access internet quickly and easily for any information in online. This change raises the question: Do libraries still have a role in education? There are those who say that Libraries are no longer needed because students now rely on online easy resources however, others argue that libraries still offer unique benefits that the internet cannot replace. Although online information is helpful, I do not agree that libraries are unnecessary, and in this essay, I will give some arguments in favour to support my opinion.

Generally speaking, there are a wide range of reasons why students believe that libraries are no longer needed today for the advance resources of online. The primary argument supporting this idea is that students can instantly search millions of resources with search engines like google and ChatGPT, saving time compare to visiting physical libraries. For example, e-books and research articles are available at any time, even outside traditional library hours. Another key argument is support of this idea is that this idea students rely on the internet, not library is that this platform such as google scholar and IEEE offer to multiple perspectives from international sources. For instance, there are large range of research in individual topic with diagram and proper algorithmic explain, which libraries may lack.

However, it must be said there are several arguments against the idea that online access makes libraries unnecessary. Perhaps the strongest the strongest of these is that libraries provide more than just access to online information with real authentication of the author. Specifically, libraries offer a quit study environment that helps student focus, which is not always achievable online. Moreover, librarians provide expert guidance in find credible and academic sources, reducing the risk of misinformation. Last but not least, libraries foster a sense of community and encourage collaborative learning through study groups and workshops.

In conclusion, leaning from internet rather than library is a topic which is very relevant to modern society that the internet has undoubtedly changed how students access information. However, I believe quite strongly that libraries offer quiet study spaces, expert assistance, and trustworthy materials also research facilities with group of people that online cannot. A balanced approach is to use both online resources for quick access to information and libraries for focused study and reliable guidance.
