Whole world is developing in different sectors. To grow every segment people need a team to grow in their segments. Only one person is not enough to do any activities. Different people come up with the different type of qualities with them. Other than that one person do not have different types of knowledge and skills in different sector such as production, finance, designing etcetera. Yes, I agree to large extent that team is required to teach the any kind of skills. Other than that I disagree to small extent that one person is enough for the any activity.
The first paragraph will shed some light on how team work can help in different activities. Firstly, one person do not have all the qualities and it is hard to manage the whole organization or any kind of business by just one person. Other than that one person do not have knowledge of different sector such as accounts, management, human-resources etcetera. These things required a team, which helps top grow in diffrent segments. The idea of any Startups starts with only one person but after some time they build team to expand the company. Such as Zomato, which is a food delivery company, starts with only one person Deepender goyal and now they have big team which includes many people experties to grow any run the business successfully. The team in every segment is very important for any activity to grow in any sectors.
Furthermore, to do any activity team is very important to give successful result. In the school and college era whenever any task given by the professors or else the project given in the college, it mostly given in the group. With the group the work is divided in group members. Work is easy to submit before the deadline. In the bachelor of engineering all the students have to do one project. In that students have to do projects according to their field. The projects have to done in the groups. Group activity is always more convient.
On the other hand, If all the activities done by the only one person then person can run the activity by their own idea and decision. No one can interfere in the person’s decision. But the workload became very high on the one person. And one person do not have all the qualities to do any kind of activity, for that person need a good team.
I would like to pen down saying that, to do any activity by just one person is not a cup of tea. It requires good team to do built any business. Because team came up with different expertise.
