Nowadays, people have changed their thoughts about art. Since a long time ago society was inspiring by arts and considered it was a crucial piece of all culture. However, our civilization determines science, technology and business more important than arts. In this essay I’m going to say what I think about causes of this and what can attract people’s attention to art.
One of the key reasons for this is that in the new realities countries try very hard to become the strongest in the world. This can be explained by the fact that people also have changed their mentality and came to idea that only science progresses, new discoveries can put their country on the top, when at the same time arts give less profit to become the best. Because of this society replaced art’s importance aside. A clear illustration of this is war for space. Countries want to seize the space because thanks to this they will be few steps ahead. And if the country realizes it, no one will look at how many world masterpieces you have in a museum.
On the other hand, I think, that there are a huge number of people, who still care about art’s safety in the future. I consider, that now it’s very difficult to influence on society’s mentality, but if people since their childhood took a correct upbringing, they would grow up with another view of arts. For example, teachers at school could say children that arts were considered an important part of the culture during the whole history and now it should remain the same.
To summarize, now the art truly loose the importance in people’s eyes because of racing after new technologies. However, we can try to prevent it. In the future, it will be important to have the idea of the art’s values.
