I chose to apply to UCSI University because I believe UCSI has a strong reputation and academic excellence as one of Malaysia’s top private universities, especially in Mass Communication. As far as I’ve learned, studying in Malaysia offers exposure to diverse cultures and international perspectives that would be harder to find back home in Indonesia. That is why I’m very interested in the campus life program. With this kind of program, I aim to develop a strong and admirable character to complement my skills and support my studies in Mass Communication.
During high school, I have always tried to be active and achieve the best possible results in my classes, especially in English and Sociology. I have participated in many organizations within the school such as its journalism club, choir, and varsity basketball team. I wish to make my family proud and I hope to gain more personal achievements in this bachelor program and get a higher degree.
At UCSI, I believe that I can enhance my knowledge, skills, and character. Additionally, I want to prove to my parents that I can accomplish my goals. Given my achievements in high school, I believe I am deserving of this scholarship.
