Overall, women whose age was above 25 years are more exercised than men. Although, in the age 15 to 24 men perform more physical activities than women.
It is clearly seen that, physical activity in females in the age of 15 to 24 is around 48 % and it’s increased till 54 years old around 53.3 %. However, after the age 55 proportion of exercise decline by 53% and who were over 65 years had the least ratio of physical activities compared to other ages. On the other hand, men had highly active under the age of 24 and the proportion around 53 %. They were the only group which had percentage above 50 in 2010.Furthermore, physical activity decreased marginally after 25 years around 42.2 % and 39.5 % subsequentially till 44 years. Although in this age group the women did a lot workouts but men in this age had lowest percentage of exercise. Moreover after 55 years the rate of exercising had a mild enhance figure and reached 46.7% in 65 and over.
