This may be due to people becoming more aware of the adverse effect they have on our health.

In addition, eating fast food several times a week and once a week was more frequent is 2006 as the percentage is at highest at 20% and 33% respectively. However, when it comes to consuming once or twice a month, the percentage of eating fast food in 2006 is less common at 20% only whereas it is highest at 2013 at 33%. This indicates that as the progressive number of restaurants are being introduced, people tend to dine out often at a restaurant.
