Overuse of social media, other entertainment sources, and newspapers are major reasons for the breakdown of our mother culture. There are several negative effects on our national culture. Western technology may be more dangerous for destroying our national culture. I agree that there are some advantages, while there are more drawbacks.
Firstly, some drawbacks are discussed, such as the fact that mostly young people use a lot of social media nowadays. This is a dangerous effect on people who are more respectful of our culture. Most technologies, like TV, mobile phones, and others, come from the Western world; this impacts our mental health dangerously. Additionally, people may learn many unusual activities from the internet and commit criminal acts. For example, some individuals may learn to make bombs from the internet and television and cause explosions. Hence, it is not good for our nation.
Secondly, there are a few other drawbacks to social media, such as the fact that the human mind focuses more on social media and television, so it is more dangerous for mental and physical health. If an employee works for too long on a computer, his behavior may change, and he may engage in wrong activities. In addition, people may learn how to steal from the internet and then impact city life. For example, in the last ten years, some people may have learned to steal from the internet. Hence, it is not better for society and other people.
Lastly, there are also some advantages to social media and mobile phones, such as people communicating with relatives from one nation to another. Employees have finished some projects quickly and easily. Furthermore, most industries use smart technology to complete projects on time and develop new products. For example, since the last thirty years, technology has grown in every direction. Hence, it will be better for India’s future.
To conclude, overuse of world media and social technology has a major impact on our national culture. There are many dangerous impacts of using media; it is more harmful to the human mind. I do not agree with the suggestion that there are some advantages, but many drawbacks.
