n our large world, change your personality for some inconvenient situations or especially some people, is really common experience. But is this right decision? In this way, your first impression might be a failure and therefore, after a few meetings, you’ll be very disappointed that this person isn’t who they are trying to pretend and behave like. So, let’s discuss, if it’s the best way to judge the humanity for the first impression.
In my humble opinion, almost eighty percent of the population always judges new people for the first view, especially children and teenagers, who are mostly tougher than adults. They can bully everyone who doesn’t look like they want, or even for certain features, like freckles, color of your skin, size of your face and etc. However, let’s see this famous phrase «Don’t judge a book for its cover!». On the one hand, obviously, nowadays it’s hard to stick to this saying, and I want to be honest that it was difficult for me too. But on the other hand I have a lot of examples from my communication experience, when it was important to listen to this conclusion.
In addition to all my discussion, here are my life experience examples. I want to begin with my first impression of one girl. When I first saw her, I thought that she is one of those mean and unreliable people. But what now? We’re best friends. It was very unexpected for me, that she’s the most trustworthy, kind and generous human that I’ve ever seen! In difficult times for me, she always supports me, trying to find the best solution of problems. Besides, when I didn’t have enough money for food, she bought food for me, without needing to be returned. To conclude, friendship with her gave me the understanding, that firstly you need to know the person better and never judge it only with first impression.
To summarise everything that I’ve already said, I want you to bear in mind, that critisizing somebody without full knowledge of situation are very bad decision. Woman, who look like the most kind person ever, can be baddest meany, and on the contrary, man who look like the most miserable human, might be the most generous creature of our world.
