During the technological development era, more and more methods of raising kids’ awareness exist. Especially, the notion that the national policy ought to give parents allowance of babies in order for them to be a home-person and taking care of children, which is widely proposed. Otherwise, it has both advantages and disadvantages for mom and dad to concern.
Being at home, looking after children may strengthen the family bond. Owing to the fact that couples can easily see the developments of their kids (crawl, walk, talk, ect), parents may be open to learn the modern method of raising children that is suitable for them. In reality, there are trends of the youngsters tending to be friends with babies or toddlers instead of playing a role as a traditional mom or dad with their kids. In addition, educating children is similar to educating the parents’ selves. As Vietcera, a well-known Vietnamese podcast channel, once said: “Our qualities may change a lot just after giving birth, because as a parent, we avoid our kids from our toxic characters”. Also, teaching the skills for kids is alike learning new things for dad or mom. Imagine, if we want kids to study things that parents actually do not know, then it would be the reason for kids to argue our demand of learning that thing.
On the other hand, the idea could make parents gain more financial burdens in general. Despite the government’s extra paid for parents, it could destroy their ability earning money. Being at home, just around the kids makes parents forget the basic knowledge of one or few careers, perhaps, can slowen their speed of opportunities to offer any careers after their kids become mature. Besides, keep depending on the government’s income is a burden for both them and parents. As the result, the whole economy may be attacked. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a huge number of families lost the job, became a problem for the nation at that time.
To sum up, I do give an idea that it both has benefits and drawbacks when government pays parents extra of babies and toddlers to be confidential with the kids. Although it can strengthen the relationship between each member of family, it could lead to some financial problems in the society.
