The increasing prevalence of obesity is placing significant pressure on the public health care system in addressing the disease linked to being overweight. It is thought by many that the most beneficial way to handle this is to incorporate physical exercises and education during school. In my opinion, along with exercises, maintaining an appropriate diet must be taken into consideration.
Evidently, physical exercise plays a pivotal role in managing a healthy life by keeping the weight under control, particularly, if it is taught during the early phase of life. The young generation cen develop a vital habit from the very beginning of their school life. Nowadays, most of the children spend a long period sitting for their lessons, while this can not compensate the adverse effect of being physically inactive. They might develop, for instance, health issues in thier later life as a result of a sedentary lifestyle. Incorporating physical exercise, undoubtedly, can improve the overall health of general population if guided properly from the early childhood.
Additionally, people must consider following a balanced diet while being physically active. Diet is a remarkable factor for keeping our life going. A healthy balanced diet can give a notable boost in someone’s health and can keep free from illnesses. People should be encouraged to consume beneficial foods and to abstain from taking unhealthy foods, for instance, ultraprocessed food which has been found to be linked with causing cancer. The government should also come forward by imposing more taxes on ultraprocessed food and by keeping vegetables and other healthy foods affordable.
In conclusion, I agree that education about physical exercises in childhood can reduce the chances of the likelihood to being obese; however, only adapting a balanced diet routine along with physical exercise can people display the best outcome in their health.
